Doors open for like-minded parties, individuals: Jammu and Kashmir Congress president Tariq Karra

Jammu and Kashmir Congress chief Tariq Hamid Karra claims the NC-Congress alliance will secure a comfortable majority in the assembly elections. He leaves the door open for alliances with like-minded parties to prevent BJP from gaining power.
