Don't be under impression that case will be adjourned if you name senior advocate: SC

The Supreme Court has taken a firm stand against lawyers seeking adjournments by citing the unavailability of senior advocates. Justices Abhay S Oka and Ujjal Bhuyan emphasized that naming senior counsel will not be a valid reason for adjournment. However, the court adjourned the case involving senior advocate Harish Salve, currently abroad, for four weeks.
