Dr Velmurugan Kuppuswamy, 51, was attending a hospital medics' house party where he made the suggestion to two junior colleagues who were playing table tennis. The disciplinary hearing heard he made a "forward thrusting motion" with his chest and suggested they use their chests as bats.
