DHS immigration 'sanctuary' list baffles rural county officials

The list of "sanctuary jurisdictions" includes Minneapolis, St. Paul and the state of Minnesota, but also 20 rural counties, with a population that mostly supports President Donald Trump. County officials say they are following the law, as far as they know, and they have failed at their attempts to get answers on why they are on the list.
