Devendra Fadnavis, Eknath Shinde and Ajit Pawar stake claim to form Mahayuti govt 2.0 in Maharashtra

Devendra Fadnavis became Maharashtra's Chief Minister again. The BJP leader staked claim after Mahayuti's election victory. Fadnavis, Shinde, and Pawar met the Governor. The swearing-in happened on December 5th at Azad Maidan. Mahayuti won 230 seats. BJP got 132 seats. Shinde's Shiv Sena and Pawar's NCP secured 57 and 41 seats respectively.
