Devajit Saikia set to take over as BCCI secretary, Prabhtej Bhatia likely to become treasurer

Devajit Saikia filed his nomination for the BCCI secretary post. Prabhtej Bhatia applied for treasurer. Bhatia is from Chhattisgarh State Cricket Sangh. The treasurer post was vacant after Ashish Shelar became a Maharashtra cabinet minister. Saikia has been serving as the interim secretary since Jay Shah became ICC chairman on December 1.
