Devajit Saikia replaces Jay Shah as BCCI secretary

Devajit Sinha, a former Assam cricketer and lawyer, has been appointed as the new secretary of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), succeeding Jay Shah. Sinha, who brings a diverse background in cricket, law, and administration, will immediately address India's recent performance against Australia alongside BCCI president Roger Binny.
