Dera Sacha Sauda chief Ram Rahim granted 40-day parole
Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh, the Dera Sacha Sauda chief imprisoned for rape, has been granted a 40-day parole and will reside at the Dera headquarters in Sirsa. This follows a 21-day furlough in April and previous paroles granted before elections. Singh was convicted in 2017 and later acquitted in a murder case.
