Delhi riots accused Tahir Hussain files nomination from Mustafabad, returns to Tihar
Tahir Hussain, an accused in the Delhi riots, filed his nomination from Mustafabad for the February 5 assembly polls as a candidate for AIMIM, under heavy security after being granted custody parole by the Delhi High Court, and returned to Tihar Jail post the procedure.
