Delhi riots 2020: HC to hear bail pleas of Umar Khalid, Sharjeel Imam in UAPA case on Nov 25

Delhi High Court will hear bail pleas of Umar Khalid and Sharjeel Imam on November 25. They are accused under UAPA in a case tied to the February 2020 communal riots. The pleas of other co-accused will also be heard. Previous bail pleas were denied by lower courts. Khalid was arrested in September 2020, Imam in August 2020.
