Delhi Lt. Governor calls for General Elections to form new assembly
The Lieutenant Governor of Delhi has announced elections for the new Legislative Assembly of Delhi. The current Assembly will be dissolved on February 23, 2025. The last date for filing nominations is January 17. The AAP won 62 out of 70 seats in the 2020 elections, while the BJP got eight seats.
