Delhi High Court stays enforcement of Rs 300 cr arbitral award against ENI Group

The Delhi High Court has stayed the enforcement of a Rs 300-crore arbitral award won by ONGC against the ENI Group. The stay was granted after ENI deposited over Rs 296 crore in the court. ONGC is allowed to initiate proceedings regarding the money in ENI's international bank account, while ENI can file objections to ONGC's execution petition.
