Delhi High Court issues notice to Delhi govt over BJP MPs' PIL on Ayushman Bharat scheme

The Delhi High Court issued a notice to the Delhi government on Thursday in response to a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed by all seven Bharatiya Janata Party MPs from Delhi. The MPs are seeking directions for the implementation of the Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB-PMJAY) in the National Capital Territory of Delhi. The next hearing of the case is scheduled for December 11, 2024.
