Delhi High Court challenges extension of Religare Enterprises AGM amid corporate governance concerns
The Delhi High Court has sought responses from the Registrar of Companies and Religare Enterprises Ltd on an appeal by Burman group entities challenging a three-month extension granted to REL for holding its 40th annual general meeting. The court will hear the matter next on October 21.
