Delhi HC seeks state government, CAQM response on fuel ban penalty to petrol pumps

The Delhi High Court has directed the Delhi Government and CAQM to respond to a petition by the Delhi Petrol Dealers Association, challenging fines for supplying fuel to End of Life Vehicles (ELVs). The association argues that petrol pump owners are unfairly penalized under the Motor Vehicles Act for enforcing the ELV fuel ban.
