Delhi HC seeks CBI stand on plea by Rabri Devi against framing of charges in IRCTC case

Rabri Devi, wife of RJD chief Lalu Prasad, has challenged the framing of charges in the alleged IRCTC scam case before the Delhi High Court. She argues the trial court presumed her involvement without sufficient material. The CBI alleges a conspiracy to lease BNR hotels to Sujata Hotels through a rigged tender process.
