Delhi HC says spreading radical ideology on social media is within the ambit of UAPA

The Delhi High Court denied bail to a TRF operative, ruling that disseminating radical ideology on social media can attract UAPA provisions, even without physical acts of terror. The court found Arsalan Feroze Ahenger posted terrorist images and incited violence. NIA investigations revealed Ahenger's association with slain terrorist Mehran Yaseen Shalla and his role in radicalizing youth through social media.
