Delhi HC refuses to interfere with arbitral award in favour of Jindal Saw
The Delhi High Court has upheld an arbitral award requiring GAIL to pay over USD 7 million to Jindal Saw Ltd. The court found that GAIL was responsible for delays in receiving pipe deliveries and was therefore liable for the full amount.
