Delhi HC refers Voicemonk’s patent case against Google’s Gemini, Android to mediation
The Delhi High Court has sent a patent infringement case filed by Voicemonk Inc against Google LLC to mediation. Voicemonk alleges that Google's AI assistant Gemini and Android operating system infringe on two of its Indian patents. The court has set a deadline of four weeks for the mediation to conclude.
