Delhi HC extends interim arrest protection for former IAS officer Pooja Khedkar to Oct 4

The Delhi High Court has extended interim protection from arrest for former IAS officer Pooja Khedkar until October 4, 2024. The court adjourned the case to allow more time for detailed submissions. Khedkar is accused of cheating and misusing OBC and disability quota benefits for her selection in the service, allegations she denies.
