Delhi HC dismisses Swati Maliwal's plea seeking quashing of charges in corruption case

The Delhi High Court has dismissed Rajya Sabha member Swati Maliwal's plea challenging charges under the anti-corruption law. Maliwal, former Delhi Commission for Women chief, is accused of abusing her position to appoint AAP associates. The trial court had earlier framed charges against her and three others under the Indian Penal Code and Prevention of Corruption Act.
