Delhi HC dismisses bail of alleged middleman Christian James in AgustaWestland case

The Delhi High Court has denied bail to Christian Michel James, an alleged middleman in the Rs 3,600-crore AgustaWestland scam. The court found no significant change in circumstances since his previous bail rejections. James was extradited from Dubai in 2018 and is being investigated by the CBI and ED for his role in the VVIP helicopter deal.
