Delhi govt may have to tell Election Commission reasons for demanding early polls: Experts

Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has called for early assembly elections in Delhi, proposing they be held in November alongside Maharashtra. Experts suggest the city government may need to provide reasons to the Election Commission, which will make the final decision. The current term of the Delhi Assembly ends on February 23 next year.
