Delhi excise policy scam: ED gets MHA sanction to prosecute Arvind Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia

The Ministry of Home Affairs has granted the Enforcement Directorate (ED) permission to prosecute former Delhi Chief Ministers Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia in connection with the Delhi excise scandal. The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) had already received prosecution sanction from the MHA last year. AAP is the first political party accused under anti-money laundering laws.
