Delhi Elections: Top 10 seats where Congress got more votes than the victory margins

As expected, the Congress did not manage to convert their improved vote percentage to seats but the grand old party did eat votes to dent prospects of many candidates from both AAP and BJP. In the previous assembly polls in Delhi, the Congress got 4.26% votes. In this elections, the party's vote percentage has increased to 6.38%, as of now.
