Delhi court junks defamation case against AAP's Saurabh Bhardwaj
A Delhi court dismissed the criminal defamation complaint against AAP's Saurabh Bhardwaj due to the delay in filing by BJP's Suraj Bhan Chauhan. The court noted the complaint was filed after the three-year limitation period had expired. Chauhan alleged Bhardwaj falsely claimed a lodged FIR against him in 2018.
