Days after Jaffar train hijack, militants launch suicide attack on Pakistan military base, many killed

Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) claimed responsibility for a suicide attack on the Jandola military camp in Tank District, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The attack, near the Frontier Corps camp in South Waziristan, involved a vehicle explosion after militants attempted to storm a checkpost, but were repelled by security forces.
