Datasite acquires AI-powered intelligence firm Grata
Datasite, which helps companies prepare for and make acquisitions, made a $200 million acquisition of its own. It bought the New York-based private equity intelligence firm Grata. It received a $500 million investment from its largest shareholder, CapVest, to make it happen.
