Cyclone Montha Update: Cyclone Montha is expected to intensify into a severe cyclonic storm and make landfall near Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh, on the evening or night of October 28. The India Meteorological Department has issued warnings for heavy to very heavy rain in Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, and West Bengal. The Indian Coast Guard has advised fishermen at sea to return to shore.
