Court prders private firm to refund woman Rs 1 lakh for wedding cancellation due to Covid-19
A Delhi court has ruled in favor of Sanjana Chugh, ordering a private firm to refund Rs 1 lakh plus 9% interest for a cancelled wedding booking due to Covid-19 restrictions. The court noted that the firm, which did not appear in court or respond to legal notices, must also cover Chugh's legal costs.
