Consolidation: An opportunity or threat? Depends on…. 5 mid-cap stocks from different sectors with upside potential of over 26%

As the market adjusts itself to the results season, it is probably time to have a hard look at your portfolio. Especially so if you have a large exposure to mid-cap stocks. Why? Because history tells us that sectors and stocks which did well in the past need not be the ones to do so again, and certainly not at the earlier pace. In fact, they may not do well at all. Also, as valuations are not yet cheap, it is essential to differentiate between stocks delivering in terms of earnings and those that are not.
