Congress gave 'Garibi Hatao' slogan but looted poor: PM Modi

Addressing a rally in Maharashtra, Prime Minister Narendra Modi accused the Congress party of perpetuating poverty through vote bank politics despite their 'Garibi Hatao' slogan. He claimed his government uplifted 25 crore people from poverty and contrasted this with a Congress leader's promise to provide subsidized cooking gas to all, including infiltrators, in Jharkhand.
