Congress expels digital media convenor Sarin who questioned party choice for Palakkad bypoll

Congress digital media convenor Dr. P. Sarin was expelled from the party for his anti-party activities after protesting the candidate decision for the Palakkad bypoll. During a press conference, Sarin accused Congress leaders of bias and expressed intentions to work with the Left Democratic Front (LDF). The CPI(M) may consider him as a Left candidate.
