Condition of retired CPD sergeant shot Monday in North Center ‘improving,’ alderman says
After being shot Monday morning near the intersection of Berteau and Lincoln avenues, the victim was in critical condition. The 74-year-old is receiving care in an ICU, said Ald. Matt Martin.
