Conagra will pay $142,000 in restitution to seasonal workers at Minnesota Birds Eye plant
The Waseca plant, owned by Conagra Brands, did not provide full employment information such as the length of employment and hours to seasonal workers recruited to pack corn and peas. Under the settlement with the Minnesota Attorney General's Office, the Birds Eye plant will be under state supervision for two years.
