Colombian presidential candidate Miguel Uribe, who was shot in the head while campaigning in Bogota earlier this month, was in an "extremely critical" condition, doctors warned Monday. "He is out of surgery and his condition is extremely critical," said medic Adolfo Llinas Volpe.
