Cognizant accuses Infosys of trade secret misappropriation in legal fight

Cognizant's subsidiary TriZetto accused Infosys of misappropriating trade secrets and not complying with audit requirements. TriZetto claimed that Infosys tried to avoid scrutiny and demanded the court to compel Infosys to submit all withheld documents. Infosys allegedly used TriZetto's confidential information to develop its own products. The legal dispute continues.
