Clarkfield man shot by police charged with stealing shotgun from great-uncle
Kasey Paul Willander, 27, faces a felony charge of burglary while possessing a weapon, a criminal complaint filed Friday said. Willander was shot by law enforcement during a 15-hour standoff in Clarkfield, Minn., 15 miles south of Montevideo, the Yellow Medicine County Sheriff's Office said.
