CJI Khanna comes out with fresh roster on allocation of cases, first 3 benches to hear PILs

Chief Justice Sanjiv Khanna issued a new roster for allocating new cases to 16 benches. The first three courts, led by the CJI and the two senior-most judges, will handle letter petitions and PILs. The CJI's bench will address various issues, including social justice, election disputes, and habeas corpus matters. Justice Kant's bench will also hear election-related pleas.
