Charges upgraded to murder after man shot, ‘inadvertently’ struck by vehicle in downtown Toronto over weekend
Just before 10:35 p.m., police responded to calls about gunshots near John Street and Adelaide Street West and found Jeshua Gabriel Buchoon, 36, with gunshot wounds, investigators said in a news release Thursday.
