CFTC reportedly mulling accepting digital assets as trading collateral
A subcommittee of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission’s Global Markets Advisory Committee has officially recommended allowing registered firms to use distributed ledger technology for collateral to the full committee, putting the matter one step closer to a CFTC ruling.
