CCI mulls curbs on investments by staff

The CCI has released draft guidelines to regulate its employees, including restrictions on investments and prohibiting retired employees from accepting commercial employment within one year of retirement. Employees must disclose their assets and liabilities, including inherited or acquired property, and are not allowed to acquire property outside of India.
