CBI urges Supreme Court to shift Yasin Malik trial from Jammu to Tihar jail court

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) seeks to move Yasin Malik's trial from Jammu to Tihar jail in Delhi. Malik is already in Tihar jail which has a functional court with video-conferencing facilities. The Supreme Court is considering the transfer request and issued notices to the accused. The matter will resume on December 18.
