Britain lifts ban on Pakistani airlines

Great Britain has removed the ban on Pakistani airlines. This ends a five-year restriction that started in June 2020. The ban followed a plane crash and concerns about pilot licenses. Aviation safety improvements in Pakistan led to this decision. European regulators also lifted their ban on Pakistan International Airlines earlier this year. The Pakistani government plans to privatize the airline.
