Bombay High Court imposes Rs 1 lakh fine on ED for misusing legal processes
The Bombay High Court fined the Enforcement Directorate Rs 1 lakh for turning a civil dispute into a criminal case with money laundering charges. The court also fined the complainant, Gul Achhra, for instigating the matter, which initially arose from a hotel development contract in 2007.
