Bombay HC issues notice to Fadnavis, two BJP MLAs over poll code violation allegations in 2024 polls

The Nagpur bench of the Bombay High Court has served notices to Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis and two BJP MLAs following petitions challenging their 2024 Assembly poll victories. Defeated Congress candidates allege procedural violations and corrupt practices, including EVM protocol breaches and lack of transparency. The court has directed the respondents to file their replies by May 8.
