BJP marginal player in Kerala, can at best ' break the duck' in polls: Tharoor

Senior Congress leader Shashi Tharoor states the BJP is a marginal player in Kerala polls. He believes the contest is between the LDF and UDF. The BJP is unlikely to be a kingmaker. Tharoor notes the BJP's vote share has increased but winning seats requires a higher percentage. The upcoming assembly elections will be held on April 9.
