Bengaluru is experiencing higher-than-normal temperatures caused by easterly winds instead of the usual northeasterly winds. This temperature increase is attributed to anticyclonic movement in the Bay of Bengal. The India Meteorological Department predicts that the warm weather will continue for more than a week. Temperature levels are above normal across different regions of Karnataka.
