Bengal: Humayun Kabir makes U-turn, says won't quit as MLA

Suspended TMC MLA Humayun Kabir has decided not to resign from the West Bengal Assembly. This comes after he laid the foundation stone for a Babri Masjid-style mosque in Murshidabad. Kabir cited public support for his decision. The TMC plans to change his seating arrangement in the Assembly. Kabir intends to launch a new political party later this month.
