Bengal govt sanction received to prosecute ex-principal of RG Kar hospital: CBI tells Calcutta HC

CBI has received a sanction from the West Bengal government to prosecute Sandip Ghosh, former principal of RG Kar Medical College and Hospital, for alleged financial irregularities. The court has directed the special court to frame charges within a week. The CBI and Enforcement Directorate are actively investigating the case.
